This website is your gateway to many free online services including workshops or getting your home's value by email.  If you are a buyer you can receive a daily email of all the new homes on the market through a link to the Toronto Real Estate Board MLS system. This is called our Free Homefinder service.

Our team has lived and worked in Toronto and the surrounding area for over 36 years. We are specialized in residential - single family homes, condos and lofts, acreage and cottages, investment, commercial - investment properties, businesses, industrial and office sales/leasing.

Communication

We listen and take your best interests to heart. Our office is centrally located, has high speed Internet access as well as 24 hour paging service seven days a week. We return calls daily before the end of the business day if not sooner. You receive a weekly update, via email, regarding showings, changes in market conditions, offers etc. We will review your objectives monthly with a personal consultation.

    Rob Roland, the founding principal of Rob Roland & Associates, has for over thirty years provided strategic direction to his team and clients. He has insured proven energetic leadership tempered by wisdom and experience as the team moves forward in 2009.

    Rob has proven to be a strong and skilled NEGOTIATOR with extensive marketing knowledge and has a high standard of professionalism in the real estate industry. Rob holds designations as a Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, Market Value Appraiser-Residential, and Accredited Senior Agent. Rob is a Certified Agent Educator, who personally pursues extensive continuing education. Active on many committees and as a fund raiser, Rob has sat as a Director on the York Region Real Estate Board and on a condominium corporation in Toronto. He currently leads a successful sales team, is part owner of a real estate brokerage and a respected trainer and educator.

    Liz Palmer joined Rob Roland & Associates in 2007 as Director of Seminars and Business Development. During her tenure she has played a significant role in the company's expansion. She has planned and facilitated regional and national seminars including: The Buyer Seminar - Back to the Basics!; Your First Home Seminar - Listen, Learn and Apply the Steps! The Lipstick Series - By Demand - For Women Only; The Millionaire Real Estate Investor - Stay Secure - Stay Informed; and The Condo Seminar - A Seminar You Can't Afford to Miss!

    Prior to joining Rob Roland & Associates, Liz worked as a National Sales Director for three Canadian Magazines overseeing over 100 blue chip accounts. All three magazines witnessed their strongest period of financial performance under her tenure. Through effective management and new business development, Liz planned and produced impressive corporate events.

    Liz brings her outstanding communication skills, commitment to quality service and intergrity to Rob Roland & Associates and will coordinate all workshops, seminars and contributes to our marketing team as our Director of Public Relations.

    The friendly voice on the other side of office phone is Mikki Fish. As the newest member of the team, Mikki provides a bright and unique energy to the team. With her exceptional organizational skills, she keeps the office running like a well oiled machine. Mikki’s attention to detail and keen sense of business ensures that the daily functions of the office are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
     
    As our Client Care Coordinator Mikki is able to multitask with the best of them with an ability to learn and adapt quickly and think on her feet. Her repertoire of duties includes everything from receptionist to accountant with her main focus being our clients. Our clients are our business and providing the best possible service is her priority. Great customer service is more than just about the things you say or do for them. It's also about finding out what our customers really want and giving it to them.
